Blue Danburite, Bolivia

An interesting find. This is a naturally blue, double terminated Danburite specimen from an unusual locality in Bolivia. Danburite crystals are colorless, the blue color is caused by inclusions of a rare amphibole called Magnesioriebeckite. Not many are available on the market, a special little find with a unique look. You will receive the exact Danburite shown. Does not ship mounted.
